Evangalist Roundup: Site Launches In Q3

Liz BrysonDevelopment

Websites are one of our favorite kinds of projects to tackle. Strategizing, designing, and developing a fully-custom web experience is no small task, but it’s also incredibly rewarding. If you follow us on social media, you’ve most likely seen our launch announcements, but just in case you haven’t, here’s a quick rundown on what web looked like during Q3 at our office:

Custom Squarespace Development

Genius House Media

We had a blast working with our partners at Genius House Media building their new website and migrating from Wordpress to Squarespace. Content creation and design centered around the idea that the Genius House portfolio was the star of the show. We worked with the Vimeo API to automatically populate videos from their Vimeo account to their website to make updating their portfolio as easy as possible for a truly custom web experience.

The Net Fort Worth

As one of our most involved Wordpress to Squarespace migrations, we are thrilled with the final result that is the new thenetfw.com! We worked with the team at The Net to refresh their brand identity, and followed it up with a site that serves as a central hub for all of their volunteer opportunities and events.

Greater Dallas Orthopaedics - Dr. Nathan Gilbert, M.D. and Dr. Al Mollabashy, M.D.

Squarespace allows us to design and develop small websites more quickly than any other CMS that we’ve used. So when one of our longest-tenured clients, Greater Dallas Orthopaedics, requested sites for two of their physicians, we knew that Squarespace was the right call. We keep a bank of pre-made custom themes on-hand for scenarios like this. The final result? Two solid websites that increase GDO’s web presence, are totally custom, and look awesome!

Custom Shopify Development

Go Rings - Full Site

Custom development for Shopify is one of the most exciting jobs for me to take on as a developer. Their liquid templating language is incredibly powerful and when you combine it with javascript, the possibilities are pretty much endless. We worked with the Go Rings team to create a totally new website integrated with referral-tracking software to automate the tracking of their Partner orders.

Supply - PDP

Our entire team was over the moon when we got the chance to redesign the product detail page for getsupply.com. We worked with Supply to figure out messaging, designing modular page blocks and secondary brand elements along the way. The final result is a robust product page that also serves as a landing page for ad-driven traffic.

Custom Wordpress Development

Syssero

When Syssero came to us for a new website, we were presented with two very clear objectives:

  1. Create a web experience that would help position them as leaders within their field.

  2. Launch the site in time for a major industry event.

We’re happy to report that we were able to successfully do both! The new Syssero site takes a deep dive into the services they offer and how their approach can change the way companies leverage Workday® to its fullest extent.

Stephanie Chung - Landing Page

We worked with Professional Speaker (and new JetSuite President) Stephanie Chung on a wide range of paid online advertisements aimed to raise awareness and drive traffic to her Neuroscience Selling video series. Instead of doing a full site overhaul, we decided to create an illustration-driven landing page to send users to post-click.

As you can tell, we like to keep it interesting when it comes to development — we’re CMS agnostic and love to test drive new integrations and technologies. Custom websites are a labor of love at Evangalist — every member on our team contributes to the process in order to create these custom web experiences. If you’ve been contemplating a completely new website or just a refresh, drop us a line!
