When Cole Burdette reached out to us, he had a plan for his new business but needed an identity. He knew that he wanted to create a capital investment firm with a heart for people; one that delivers significant ROI to investors but also treats residents like neighbors.

Named after an Apache word meaning “breath of life,” the entirety of the branding we delivered is intended to capture a sense of renewal and southwestern heritage. After exploring many different motifs, we landed on an identity system that conveys both heritage and hope.

We are a real estate investment firm using conscious capitalism to create value for both the investors and residents of our class B & C multi-family properties.

Following branding, we created a compelling landing page that concisely tells the story of how Neuma Capital intends to change lives by investing in communities. This MVP-model landing page isn’t a permanent solution for Neuma’s long-term goals, but it’s the most ideal tool for them at this point in their journey.
