The leader in oil & gas fleet services was growing rapidly and looked to Evangalist to jumpstart driver recruiting, refine company culture, and more successfully train their new hires.

Stevens Tanker initially sought out Evangalist to take a holistic approach to driver recruiting. With painpoints of quality and quantity, we were challenged with driving as many leads as possible without sacrificing on the experience level of the applicants. After many successful months, our focused expanded to include new training materials and video production to keep drivers safe and put Tanker’s culture on display.


Our multichannel advertising efforts for Stevens Tanker were done with a clear goal in mind: driving qualified recruits to their recruiters. The operative word there is qualified. To reach these individuals, we leveraged channels like Pandora, billboards, Search Ads, Youtube In-Stream ads, Facebook & Instagram ads, and much more.
