The leader in oil & gas fleet services was growing rapidly and looked to Evangalist to jumpstart driver recruiting, refine company culture, and more successfully train their new hires.

Stevens Tanker initially sought out Evangalist to take a holistic approach to driver recruiting. With painpoints of quality and quantity, we were challenged with driving as many leads as possible without sacrificing on the experience level of the applicants. After many successful months, our focused expanded to include new training materials and video production to keep drivers safe and put Tanker’s culture on display.

Advertising

Our multichannel advertising efforts for Stevens Tanker were done with a clear goal in mind: driving qualified recruits to their recruiters. The operative word there is qualified. To reach these individuals, we leveraged channels like Pandora, billboards, Search Ads, Youtube In-Stream ads, Facebook & Instagram ads, and much more.

Website Design

While our team was not responsible for the creation of Stevens Tanker’s full website, we’ve since expanded site through campaign-specific landing pages, custom forms, and additional site pages that have outperformed the total website in terms of conversion rate and time-on-page.

Content Strategy

The backbone of our ongoing strategy with Stevens Tanker since day one has been content creation. We’ve produced over 100 pieces of digital content that bring in new audiences to their site and firmly establish Stevens Tanker as THE thought leader in the oilfield transportation industry.

Our collateral design projects with Stevens Tanker have all aimed to grow their culture and their brand. Whether we’re designing new pieces of merchandise or safety posters to protect drivers, ensuring their brand voice is clear & consistent is always top of mind.
